Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms. Stir in the oats and raisins.
  • Scoop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie. Flatten the cookies slightly with the back of a spoon.
