Our normal processing time for orders is 24-72 hours from purchase.
All orders shipping within the United States will be shipped through USPS (United
States Postal Service). For US orders we offer two USPS shipping services:
STANDARD = USPS First Class Mail – Is estimated by USPS to take 3-5 business days.
EXPEDITED = USPS Priority Mail – Is estimated by USPS to take 2-3 business days.
Purchasing this will place you at the front of our processing line.
Unfortunately, we do NOT offer overnight shipping at this time.
For international orders we offer two services:
ECONOMY = UPS Mail Innovations – Is estimated by UPS to take 13-21 business days.
With this service we send all international orders to a UPS sorting facility in Fontana,
California. From Fontana, UPS ships your package to the local postal service in your
country who then delivers it to you.
EXPEDITED = USPS First Class International Mail – Is estimated by USPS to take
10-18 business days. With this service we send all international orders to a USPS
distribution center in Los Angeles, California. From Los Angeles, USPS ships your
package to the local postal service in your country who then delivers it to you.
**Processing times may be affected by holidays/availability of an item/custom
order approval/changes made to an order during processing/orders over 50

In regards to international shipping, tracking may or may not be available once your
package has been handed over to your local postal service. Please review the following
list to see if your country will receive tracking from our door to yours:

Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lebanon,

*We require all customers with orders going to Mexico, Cyprus, South Africa, and

If your package has not arrived within the estimated time, we strongly suggest checking
in with your neighbors to see if any have received your package by accident and your
local post office as they sometimes hold packages for pick up (not by our request).
