The US post office claims that it will take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive at a location in the US with our standard shipping option which is USPS First Class Mail.

The US post office claims that it will take approximately 2-3 business days to arrive at a location in the US when purchasing our expedited shipping option which is USPS Priority Mail. Unfortunately, we do not offer overnight shipping at this time.

For international orders we offer two services:

 

Our economy international shipping option is UPS Mail Innovations. With this service we send all international orders to a UPS sorting facility in Fontana, California. From Fontana, UPS ships your package to the local postal service in your country who then delivers it to you. This service is estimated to take 13-21 business days.

 

Our expedited international shipping option is USPS First Class International Mail. With this service we send all international orders to a USPS distribution center in Los Angeles, California. From Los Angeles, USPS ships your package to the local postal service in your country who then delivers it to you. This service is estimated to take 10-18 business days.

In regards to international shipping, tracking may or may not be available once your package has been handed over to your local postal service. Please review the following list to see if your country will receive tracking from our door to yours:

*We require all customers with orders going to Mexico, Cyprus, South Africa, and Iran for consent to ship there due to packages typically getting lost in transit.*

If your package has not arrived within the estimated time, we strongly suggest checking in with your neighbors to see if any have received your package by accident and your local post office as they sometimes hold packages for pick up.
