Chocolate Chip Cookies

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
- Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until they are lightly golden around the edges.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
