For United States orders, we ship through USPS First Class mail. All items that can fit into a small bubble mailer will be sent in one. Larger orders will be shipped in boxes. For expedited shipping in the US, you can select USPS Priority Shipping from the shipping options at checkout. For more detailed information about our shipping policies, please view our Q&A Page.

For international orders, we ship standard through UPS mail inovations. We send all international orders to a UPS sorting facility in Fontana, California. From Fontana, UPS ships your package to the local post in your country who then delivers it to you. Tracking will now* update after the UPS sorting facility in Fontana for standard shipping. For expedited shipping for international orders, your package will be shipped through USPS First Class International mail. This will typically be 1-5 days faster than standard shipping. For most countries, it will include tracking*.

We do not guarantee any ship times as the UPS Mail Innovations and USPS does not guarantee any of their ship times. If your package is lost or taking longer than expected, please contact us, and we will help to track it down.

Shipping speed is dependent on your county’s local post service. We see shipping times as little as 5 days to some countries but, we also see shipping times take over 6 weeks for other countries. Typical ship times are 10 to 18 business days for USPS First Class International and 13 to 21 business days for UPS mail inovations.

*These countries receive tracking from our door to yours. If your country is not listed, tracking will not update after the package has left the US. They are:
